Hello there, @JT_EQ.
Thank you for letting us know about the missing data. I am here to help you.
Data damage might have also caused missing data in QuickBooks. Let's run the verify and rebuild data in the QuickBooks Desktop utility. This tool will fix any errors it can find and notify you of anything that needs to be manually corrected. Let me walk you through the steps:
Verify data (scan company file for errors or data damage)
- Select File, then click Utilities.
- Choose Verify Data, then hit OK to close all windows. If you see “Your data has failed the integrity check” you need to rebuild your file. If there are no problems with your data, you’re done.
Rebuild data (fix errors or data damage found)
- Go to File, then select Utilities.
- Click Rebuild Data, then tap OK to close all windows.
- Choose OK to back up your company file.
- Once the rebuild's finished, select OK.
Once done, try to export your report again to Excel. If you're still getting the same results, you can repair QuickBooks Desktop to fix program-related issues or errors.
If you need further assistance with the steps, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and do a remote session.
I have here some articles about exporting MS Excel files in QuickBooks for your future reference:
