The Gear icon is where you can access QuickBooks Online settings. This is located at the top right corner of the page. Please see the image below.

To download or run the report for an uploaded receipt, you can follow these simple steps:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Attachments.
3. Checkmark the receipt that you want to download or print.
4. You can also select multiple receipt and use the Batch action feature to export them all at once.

I've selected only the attachments that I want to print, but the print button creates a document with thumbnail images and ALL expenses, even the ones without a checkmark. Is this feature not working correctly?

It is working well, @bhbronson. I appreciate you following the steps provided to print your attachments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me give you more insights about this feature.

Usually, clicking on the Printer icon allows you to print the whole Attachment page. It includes all of your images marked or not. 

The selection option beside the Thumbnail column is for Batch actions purposes. It allows you to Export, Create invoice, or Create expense. I'm adding this screenshot as your visual reference.

As a workaround, you can download the attachment, save it to your file, then print it. Or, 

1. Look for the attachment you want to print.
2. Tap on Download.
3. Press Ctrl + P on your keyboard.

Aside from printing them, you can also export your receipts.

How can I batch download sales receipts in Quickbooks Desktop?

2. Hover over Send Feedback Online and select Product Suggestions.
3. Choose a Type of Feedback and Product Area (optional) from the drop-down arrow.
4. Enter your suggestions.
5. Hit Send Feedback.
