For one new customer, the radio button for paying online is not showing up. It is on other invoices. The merchant services is connected. What else should I check?

Hello there, @judithbell.

 

Let's review the customer's Payment Settings to ensure the Online Payments option is enabled.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Customers menu and select Customer Center.
  2. Select your new customer from the list.
  3. Go to the Payment Settings tab.
  4. In the Online Payments section, put a checkmark on both Credit Card and Bank Transfer (ACH) checkboxes to enable the option.
  5. Click OK once finished.
