I found the other app which I like but cost more. If I get desktop is my 3 other employees information going to be in the system? But I have to have this. Customer complain about invoices. 

I keep seeing this app referenced, but no one has named it?  What is the app?

What Intuit acquired was TradeGecko and then turned it into “Quickbooks Commerce”.  It’s a standalone service (like QBO), it doesn’t integrate with QBO. That might be fine if you’re a new user, but it specifically says it’s not for current QBO users (at least not yet - guessing there’s an issue with data migration). 

So, for people like me who have been using QBO for almost a decade, it’s another non-option. 

"I can see how this feature would be beneficial to your business."  Not Your business, MOST businesses.  Saying you understand why this is a problem only makes it more ridiculous that it isn't implemented.  This should have been a base feature, you know it and we know it.  Why was it not included?  Why should we pay extra for sales order integration or risk issues with inventory using Estimates in QB Online.  What is the great feature that overrides this horrible decision on the developers part that would keep us from going with another Program?

Can I upload many sales orders for many customers into QuickBooks online daily?

Able to import sales orders is currently not an option in QuickBooks Online. I recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. Sharing features and options that you would like implemented is how our engineers look for new product updates.

To send feedback, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. 
4. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Do you mean Sales Receipt transactions? QBO doesn't offer the Sales Order feature. You have to use an additional app to integrate with QBO.

Estimate in QB can be considered as Sales orders. However, I want to upload many sales orders from other system to Quickbooks several times a day

An ESTIMATE is NOT anywhere close to SALES ORDER functionality. BUT, It's the ONLY option since QBO is steadfast in not implementing ANY sales order functionaility. It's a poor option too as it can't decremet/reserve inventory, and a million other things that happen with real sales order functionaility. It's pathetic that we're at this point in QBO's life and still NO sales order funtionality whatsoever without spending more# on an outside app.

Yes I know and that is rediculous.

There don't accept any new account until next year. You should consider a 3rd party app for the time being to integrate with QBO. You mentioned work order. Do you run a manufacturing company?

It's now August 2021 and this so called feature is still not available??? A company can not operate without the sales order option... Seriously wasted my time and money with your useless accounting system! 

@Belinds the online version is not optimized to track a sales order fulfillment, that's why it doesn't have a sales order feature. Go to the Apps menu and find an app that can track sales orders in Quickbooks online.

STILL NEED THIS FEATURE!!

Im about to give up on this. I need to move to ERP Horizon which does have this feature. :(

Agreed, I use QBO as I was hopeful they would implement this vey simple and critical feature. I now have to find a new SW to use as I have given up. I cannot run a company on the lame get arounds which don't work or make it easy to use at all. If more people leave then perhaps they will have the will to fix it.
