Welcome to the Community. Allow me to assist you with your concern about viewing your address and phone number on an invoice within QuickBooks.
I tried this in my account and I was able to view it successfully. Your client needs to open the PDF file to get the complete information of the Invoice.
You can try to email the invoice on your personal email to isolate the issue. If you can view it on your end, then your client needs to perform some troubleshooting steps and update Adobe Reader.
Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks Online through a private browser. Since cache can sometimes cause issues when trying to do certain tasks. This a special mode that doesn't leave browsing history.
