Thanks for asking the Community today. Since you already updated the vendor's address and still showing the old one, I'd suggest doing a few browser troubleshooting steps to get it to work.
Please know that the cache stores temporary internet files from your browsing history to help your browser quickly load the pages. And that may affect the browsing performance and may require you to clear it out when it gets full.
Let's start using a private window. Here's how:
If that works, go back to your previous browser and clear the cache. Otherwise, use another supported, up-to-date browser.
For future reference, check out this link in case you'll need to update your vendor's payment method.

Thanks for your reply, Unfortunately this didnt work. As you suggested I went to a private window in chrome and tried to pay my vendor in QB Online but the address still didnt change, so I cleared the cache, cookies and temp files and it still made no difference. Moved over to micorosoft edge but it made no difference. No matter what I have tried the mailing address reverts back to the old one. Seems like there ought to be a way to edit the address in the On Line Pay module. I see a pencil icon next to the address but it doesnt permit editing.
Any other suggestions? .

The vendor information should be sync with your bill pay account when you update vendor information in QuickBooks. At this point, I would recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support to check this further with the help of a screen-sharing tool.
