How can I edit the customer facing invoice email? It only allows me to edit certain content. I don't like that under my company's logo is my company's name again.

You can adjust the placement of your company logo so it won't display above your company name. Let me guide you how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO):

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom Form Styles.
3. Select a Custom form style and click Edit.
4. Go to the Design tab and click Make logo edits.
5. Then adjust the placement of the logo.
6. Once done, click Done.

Thank you for your help, but I knew how to do that part. I need to be able to take my company's name off the email content and only display my logo (which is my company name). It looks redundant.

I've got the steps on how to do this in QuickBooks. Just a heads up, removing the company's name on the email also removes it from the sales form. Please follow the sequence below in order to do it:

1. Click the Gear icon, and then select Custom Form Styles.
2. Click the Edit link of the invoice template.
3. Go to the Content tab.
4. Click the pencil (edit) icon on the header section.
5. Deselect the Business name box.
6. Click Done.
