Hi @mmagdy,
If you're referring to customization options that you have for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Chart of Accounts, you can enable account numbers, as well as create sub-accounts.
To turn on the account number feature:
More details concerning this feature can be found in this article: Use account numbers in your chart of accounts. Here you can find the steps on how you can assign account numbers.
As for creating sub-accounts, follow these steps:
Learn more of sub-accounts by viewing this article: Create subaccounts in your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online. You can find steps on how to change existing accounts into sub-accounts.
Delving deeper into the Chart of Accounts, check out this article: Manage default and special accounts in your chart of accounts. Here you'll find a list of default accounts that can't be deleted, among others.
If you need assistance with categorization, or setting up accounts for a specific industry, then I suggest you speak with your accountant for advice on how to proceed.
However, if you're asking for a third-party app on how to design your accounts tree, I'd suggest contacting our Intuit Developers Support Team. There you can get answers from other developers working with QuickBooks Online.
Don't hesitate to leave a comment below in case there's anything else I can assist you with. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thank you very much,
but I have another question. I want to know what are the basic accounts that I have to create in the beginning of work on the program in order for "chart of account" to be perfect and is linking the bank account to the program important or not .
Is it possible to help me build a tree of accounts and are there trainers in Arab countries like Saudi Arabia or not? Thank you
Hey, @mmagdy.
I'm unable to advise you on which route would be best for your business, but you can consult with your accountant to receive the best accounting advice for your question. If you currently don't have an accountant, check out this link about our new opportunity called QuickBooks Live.
To build the tree of accounts, you'll need to set up Sub-Accounts as my colleague @Ryan_M said. Here's a link that can help you out: Create Sub-Accounts within your Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks Online.
This is an additional link that's within the Community to help you find training classes near you.
If you have any other questions or concerns, just let me know. Happy Wednesday!
