If you're referring to customization options that you have for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Chart of Accounts, you can enable account numbers, as well as create sub-accounts.
To turn on the account number feature:
- Go to Gear icon and, select Account and Settings.
- Tap the Advanced tab.
- Search for the Chart of Accounts section and click it.
- Press Enable account numbers. If you want the account numbers to show on reports and transactions, select Show account numbers.
- Hit Save, then Done.

As for creating sub-accounts, follow these steps:
- Highlight the Accounting tab, then select Chart of Accounts.
- Tap the New button.
- Choose the account and detail type.
- Ensure to put a check on the Is sub-account checkbox then enter the parent account.
- Hit Save and Close when done.
