Allow me to chime in and walk you through the right direction with your journals. You may proceed as follows:
- Click the Reports tab on the upper menu.
- Under the Accountant & Taxes, select Journal.
- In the Customize Report tab, enter Transaction type in the search bar.
- By going to the drop-down menu, choose Journal.

I'd be happy to help you print journal entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We can print several journal entries by opening the transaction journal report and printing them in QuickBooks.
Here's how:
- Go to Reports.
- Choose Transaction Journal.
- Tap Print.
- Hit Report and click Report.

There's no need to create a report if you don't want to.
To print a Journal, click the Print button at the top of the Journal.
