How do I submit documents to back up my service I provided. They said I did not provide the service. It is not user friendly to figure out. Said they will send an email. They did not. Stripe sends an email quickbooks does not.

I suggest speaking to one of our representatives by requesting a callback. This feature is an easier and faster way for users to contact support.

 

One of them will be able to take over and provide the necessary instructions for you to submit the documents. Here's how you can reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu and select Contact Us.
  2. Provide a short description or tell us specifically how we can help you, then click Let's talk.
  3. Click Get a callback.
  4. You also have the option to click Message an agent if you want a chat agent instead.

This is crazy. I need to know how to deal with the dispute. This was not helpful.

Allow me to chime in and share additional details about the dispute/chargeback in QuickBooks.

 

When a customer disputes a charge with their bank or credit card company, the financial institution notifies QuickBooks Payments. Then QuickBooks checks for credits to the card when the chargeback is received.

 

If you didn't give a credit, or we can't match the credit to the chargeback. The credited amount, plus a $25 fee, is then debited to you, the merchant. This fee is not a penalty. It's used to cover related costs.

 

When this happens, we'll email you about chargeback notices or retrieval requests. This way, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can give you clear instructions about the process and help you from there. Just follow the steps shared by my colleague AlcaeusF on how to contact us.

QBO states they will resolve billing issues but they do not. Their staff does not understand the issues when stated to them, they do not resolve them.     How do you get anyone's attention at Intuit to resolve issues?

the page you referred me to has more than 587 pages of information without a reference point.

 

I have called our account rep "Eric" more than 20 times with no reply.

 

Please help.

We have an employee on a zero-hours contract that is claiming sickness benefits but has been found to be working for another company during their sick leave. We will look to dispute this claim but the payroll system does not allow the employee to be put in dispute as can be done with sage.

Can anyone advise, please...

Let's make sure you'll be able to dispute the claim from your employees, grav2012.

 

Sick Pay is paid to employees who are unable to work because of illness. However, there are various guidelines for an employee to get paid. I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can take look and check if your employees are eligible for such benefits.

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your payroll concern.
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

 

In addition, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has several reports that you use to view your employees' data. Learn how to access these reports for your reference: Run Payroll Reports In QuickBooks Online.
