You can see all of your open and completed invoices on the Invoices menu. This is where you can print invoices, export them as PDFs, and send reminders for overdue ones.
If you can't see the print option, it could be that there's an issue with the app. To fix this, we can run some basic troubleshooting steps.
First, let's clear the app data. These are junk files stored in the app that can cause unexpected behavior when performing tasks. There are two places to clear app data and remove cached data:
Once done, power down and restart your device.
If you're still unable to print the invoice, uninstall and reinstall the app. Then, try printing it again.

Hello thanks so much for the quick response. I am still unable to see the print option or the option to make it into a PDF. All I get an option to do is click remind, delete, make a copy, or share via. Im not having any luck at all printing. I do not send emails out with the invoices, I need to mail them out monthly.

You'll want to sign in to your QBSE account using a browser. All you need to do is click the drop-down arrow next to Email and choose Print. Your browser will preview the invoice, and you can click the Download button to get a PDF copy of it. See my sample below. I'm using Chrome.
If you really don't have a Print option, please do the browser troubleshooting steps. If it's the same thing, please contact our Support team. They can start a screen-sharing session to check this further.

That’s ridiculous, so now users have to go to another spot to complete a simple step. I’m sincerely hoping this has been fixed as this is an old reply. If not then I am switching to some other service.
