How much does bill.com charge me for paying bills?

Their "Terms of Use" says that Bill.com fees are posted on its website, and the website states a subscription fee of $30/month, but QuickBooks on its website states there is no Bill.com subscription fee, only an individual transacton fee for each check sent. Also, on the QuickBooks community page, one person thinks the first 30 checks are free with Bill.com, and they charge after that, but no one says how much. I'm thoroughly confused. Does anyone know? Why doesn't Quickbooks publish this information?

If you're paying bills inside of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, the per ACH transaction fee is $0.99 and $1.99 per check, in which there is no monthly fee.

As an additional option, Melio only charges fees to pay bills by credit cards.
