Why ON EARTH can't we remove a vehicle. I have a DUPLICATE entry of the same vehicle for some unknown reason. This is aggravating!
It makes no sense at all. My husband had a misfortune of being in some car accidents and having to change vehicles multiple times throughout the years and he has probably over 10 vehicles on his account now. Some of them he hasn’t had for probably 5 years now. How difficult is it to add a delete button.
ridiculous!!! Probably is their way of forcing you to change to their other products.
Dear product team,
please implement the feature to remove vehicles. there's another thread from 4.5 years ago, asking for this and it STILL hasn't been implemented. it is a real pain especially when QBSE is used in conjunction with Turbotax, where the vehicle info is carried in automatically.
How is it possible that a such a feature is created without the ability to remove the vehicle? What is more frustrating is that the product team keeps sitting on the request for more than 4.5 years...
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, @mandu1031.

Even with the vehicle marked as 'Inactive', I still have to choose to assign each and every vehicle expense to my active vehicle...such a waste of time!!!!! QuickBooks, please add the option to DELETE a vehicle from QBSE. Thank you.
I understand you want to have the option to delete the vehicle in QBSE, GMECx.

There is no option to delete a vehicle, it's really just a lack of understanding what customers want from Intuit. I renamed the vehicles I can't delete to "QBSE Error 1" and so on just there is no confusion when I do my taxes. That's my solution for now.

This is completely ridiculous. I can't believe I pay this terrible company to lobby the government to prevent the simplification of the tax code and then the software they provide is so overpriced and woefully inadequate.
So, four years late from this article, and yet there is no way to delete an old vehicle, WOW!!!
