Let me share some information about the pop-up ads for TSheets in QuickBooks Online.
Right now, there isn't an option to stop TSheets ads from popping up when posting a time activity for your customers in QuickBooks Online. For now, you can click on the X or No, thanks button. This will prevent the pop-ups from showing up again.
I'll be sure to take note and pass along the suggestions you have so you're able to reach a point of resolution as quickly as possible.
We share recent happenings and future developments on our blog. Through this, you're able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on. You can check out this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/.

I'm just a reply away if you have any other questions about TSheets in QuickBooks Online. Have a great rest of your day.
Your response is contradictory. "There's no way to stop it," but if I follow your suggestion, it will "prevent it from happening again." ??
Well I am already doing that for about 6 months now, but it comes back again next time and every time I go to a customer to enter time.
It is very unprofessional of QBO to continue to ram this down our throats. I will NEVER use TSheets as a protest, and encourage everyone to do the same.
I am a one-man (oops...one-person) shop and I don't need no stinking badges or TSheets, either. This is annoying spam and one reason why I give you a 5 of 10 on every poll that asks me if I'd recommend QBO to others. There should be a "don't ask me again" option or a universal option to not be bothered by any of your up-sells.
Dear QuickBooks;
I understand Intuit's need to market new and great products to the QuickBooks customers and market. However as an Accounting Professional, I regularly help my clients in making corrections, and adjusting journal entries on QuickBooks so that the system can be used as a true management control system for businesses.
Therefore is it possible, or could the development team make it so that I can set up an "Accountant User" on the QuickBooks desktop that bypasses and or suppresses the popups and marketing that's incorporated into the software? This would make it easier and more efficient for Accounting Professionals to help QuickBook's customers thereby making QuickBooks better for businesses and making QuickBooks more valuable. It's a win win win.
When Accountants work in QuickBooks all day and have to click through the popups and marketing 10 or 15 times a day, it just becomes tiresome. Let's work together and make the software better.
Thank you,
I appreciate you joining this conversation, doord.
While the ability to turn off the automatic pop-up for TSheets in Quickbooks is currently unavailable, you can manually close them by clicking the X sign or the No thanks option as a workaround.
Rest assured that I'll forward your request regarding this directly to our Product Developers. They're always looking for ideas from users on how to improve QB.
In the meantime, I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features.
Thanks for being a part of our QB family.
I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, so please let me know if you have any other issues or concerns. I'll be more than happy to help. Have a good one!
Clearly the responses from QB are from robots or mindless copy/paste. No thought is going into this and our requests are falling into the almighty "Great Bitbucket In The Sky".
<rant>
I've been using Intuit products for at least a decade and it's been a cluster fudge the entire time. Case in point: When I switched from PC to Mac I couldn't open my company and had to pay Intuit to convert my QB data from QB to QB ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Inuit's products seem to be an eclectic collection of tools (acquisitions?) that lack interoperability (QB != QBO != QBSE != TurboTax) or a common platform. Unfortunately, for many of us, our accountants require us to use this.
Someone at Inuit needs to take initiative and actually spend the time needed to re-imagine and re-design their suite of products. This is what sets Apple and Microsoft apart.

So this has been going on for AN ENTIRE YEAR. Pathetic, just pathetic.
This is getting SO annoying. Please give us the option to turn it off! Or better yet STOP advertising to us EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. we use the software we are paying for.
Hello, DanaBinAZ.
I also don't like ads on a software that I paid for. And like you, I will always find a way to turn them off.
At this time, we can only click the X or the No, thanks button on the pop-up screen as what RoseMarjorieA mentioned. However, I would agree that having the option to turn it off completely would be a better choice.
We periodically update the program, and the option to turn it off (like the Do not show again button for instance) might be added in the future. You can visit our QuickBooks Blog for product updates from time to time.

This is maddening and just started happening to me. I did NOT sign up for TSheets and now every time I try to post a new time activity, a pop-up appears telling me my time will not be recorded properly unless I use Tsheets. I do NOT want to use Tsheets. There is NO need for it. I don't do payroll. I only use time for billing purposes. I need this pop up to STOP.
Hello @Michelle-APB, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our customers' feedback is very important to us and we want your experience with our product to always be positive.
I'll definitely make sure this information gets to the right people, I completely understand how frustrating this is and appreciate your patience.
HAHAHA! We've all been getting this exact response for months. It makes it seem that someone actually cares.
The only solution I found was to start trusting my contractors to be honest about reporting the hours they worked. No big exposure since I had to trust they were honest in their time entries anyway. It would've been nice for my contractors to have an easy way to log their hours for their own purposes.
This just started happening to me in the past month and it's driving me mad. I've been a QuickBooks user, paying tons of money to Intuit for your products for 20 years. FIX THIS, PLEASE.
This frustrating Tsheets pop-up just started happening last month for me and I'm now seeing that it's been annoying fellow clients for almost a year-and-a-half.
I think QuickBooks is taking our patronage for granted. They appear to have not learned the lessons of other companies that have huge market share and later find themselves the industry beggar because of their utter disregard for their customer's needs. I find this lack of responsiveness absolutely outrageous and irresponsible.
I'd like to add my voice to the multiple requests in this thread to ELIMINATE the TSheets pop-up ads. We used TSheets a few years ago and found it to be not worth the money for our particular business (engineering consulting). The time tracking in QBO works just fine, but I would also request that QB PLEASE remove the ads that pop up every single time I use the Weekly Timesheet screen!

I am facing the same annoying pop up issue. My accountant is now recommending a different product and move away from Quickbooks altogether.
What did you switch to and do you like it? I just got distracted by the TSheets popup and somehow didn't save multiple time entries. I had to review my records for hours and re-enter, but what a waste of time.
Ha, many years ago my father said the same thing to Wang Computer and they laughed at him.
