HELP. I am having the same issue. I`ve tried clearing my browsing cache and F5. Restarting doesnt work either. What else can I try???

I'm here to help you add products and service items to QuickBooks Online.
If you are the primary admin or a standard user that can add or modify products and services, you should be able to click the Add an item button. Otherwise, you can run QuickBooks Online and add products and services using other supported browsers.
If you're still unable to, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They have the tools to check your account in a secure environment and investigate further the cause of this issue.
