I am having the same problem, but with the desktop version. I have Desktop Pro Plus 2024 and I have just spent 5 hours trying to figure out why I suddenly cannot email my invoices.
I use Comcast.net for my email.
My password is correct.
The SMTP server and port is correct : smtp.comcast.net and 587.
Quickbooks is unchecked on the Run this program as Administrator option.
I have never had this problem before. Quickbooks did have a big update recently. I tried emailing an invoice to myself and that didn't work. I tried emailing an invoice one at a time and that didn't work.
I do not want to download all of my invoices one at a time to send them via comcast directly. That is insane.
