Not to worry, @kmia. I'm here to help you turn on the desired settings of your custom invoice template.
Your Master or Default form style determines how data is shown in all your forms. For example, if the Date, Quantity, and Rate field on your Master form are unchecked, they won't appear on your custom form styles.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
- Find the Standard template (form type is Master/Default), then select Edit.
- Under the Activity table, uncheck the Include Quantity and Rate here box under Description.
- Make sure the Date, Quantity, and Rate checkboxes are marked.
- Customize the template as you desire, then select Save.
