I created a custom invoice template with EZ Map, when I upload the document it shows exactly as I want to see it printed. But the version that I see when I use it is not

In the line for service date, qty and rate, those values are blank. Yet in the item description it shows the description plus the item name and rate which I don't want to see.

Not to worry, @kmia. I'm here to help you turn on the desired settings of your custom invoice template.

Your Master or Default form style determines how data is shown in all your forms. For example, if the DateQuantity, and Rate field on your Master form are unchecked, they won't appear on your custom form styles.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Find the Standard template (form type is Master/Default), then select Edit.
  3. Under the Activity table, uncheck the Include Quantity and Rate here box under Description.
  4. Make sure the DateQuantity, and Rate checkboxes are marked.
  5. Customize the template as you desire, then select Save.

For more info about designing your custom form style, check out the articles below. This includes additional instructions on how to fix if you get any errors when importing templates:

Fill me in should you need any more help with customizing your forms. I'm always here to help.
