Thank you for adding your first post, @sjanca.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to enlarge or modify logo sizes through the Custom form styles window.

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Custom form styles under Your Company.
  3. Select the template your using, then click on Edit under Action.
  4. Tap on Make logo edits from the Design column.
  5. Adjust the logo size from SM, to L.
  6. Make sure to click on the Done button to record the changes.

I'm adding this screenshot for your visual reference.

If the modification doesn't work on your end, I recommend performing the steps through a private window. This is a place to check browser-related issues while working with QBO. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

For more tips while customizing your logo in QBO, you can open this article: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

Aside from editing your logo, you can also personalize your sales form templates following the steps provided from this link: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other follow-up questions about enlarging the logo for your invoices, let me know by adding a comment below. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!

I've tried that and the logo is still too small, is there anyway to enlarge it even more? ive tried changing the size of the image but that doesn't seem to work/

I'm trying to enlarge the logo for my invoices and i've tried doing it through the settings, it doesn't work. I've also tried to enlarge the image and that doesn't work.

I went this course on hold 20 minutes had to answer another call and had to call back wait another 20 minutes to talk to some who repeated what I said 3 time and still didn't unsterd me until I told her a 4th time! Compared to searching the online help and googling it was faster but she had no solution. I asked to speak to a supervisor but just got more hold time . She then told me that i would be transferred to someone "random" put me hold again about 5 minutes, she then tells me that her supervisor is too busy to talk? No straight answers! I rate customer service a FAT F serious integrity issues here. Awesome service (NOT) for paying over $1000 a year for QBO!

I'm trying to enlarge the logo for my invoices and i've tried doing it through the settings, it doesn't work. I've also tried to enlarge the image and that doesn't work.

Same problem, this doesn't work.  Tried doing it in a private window, didn't work.  This just started happening after they made the "Modernized Template"  which is actually very nice but they have not been able to fix this problem.  I have given feedback about this numerous times but they never fix it.  Sure would be nice if Intuit would.
