Good morning, newventureautomo.


I'd be glad to show you how to get in contact with the QuickBooks Online Support Team.


This can be done directly through your QBO account. Here's how:


1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.

2. Select Contact Us.

3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.

4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you, begin a chat session, or post here in the Community.

someone called setup a time   to help me setup  quickbooks, ( which i already paid for), so i guess that was a waste of money, No one called ... would at least like a phone call-[removed]. ed

This isn't the impression I want to leave you with. At this time, the only way to get in contact with our Customer Support Team is to go through the steps above and choose a service option. If you'd like to receive a call within 5 minutes, I recommend pressing Get a Callback, or you can select See available times to schedule a callback.
