I swiped a clients credit card and my invoice shows paid but I did not get an email to say I was paid nor did it show in my bank account per usual.

You can log in to your QuickBooks Payments account to check the status of the payment. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in here: https://merchantcenter.intuit.com.
  2. Click Activity & Reports, then select Transactions.
  3. From the drop-down menu, choose your search criteria: Specific date Range of dates, etc.
