I was calling in last night to see how I can get the $20 a month off my bill and go back to normal charging? The $20 isn’t helping me a month, I’m actually paying more.

Welcome to the Community, jshutts5-aol-com.

While the Community can provide answers and troubleshooting solutions to certain questions, there are things that only our phone support can do to resolve the problem.

I know you've already called in. However, I'd still suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support. Unlike in this public forum, they have the tools required to perform any escalations in the system to process the refund on your behalf.

Or, you can request a callback from our Support Team instead of waiting on hold for an available agent. You'll first have to review our support hours to ensure they can assist you on time.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Help option in the top-right corner of your QuickBooks product.
  2. Enter your issue in the search bar (for example, “refund”) and review the results.
  3. If you don’t find a solution, select the Contact Us button.

  4. On the Ways we can Connect menu, select the Get a call button.

  5. Enter your contact information and select the Confirm my call button.

  6. You’ll see confirmation of your request and the estimated time until a support agent calls you back.

Once done, you can click the Close this window option (closing the window will not lose your spot). As always, feel free to visit our Help articles for QuickBooks Self-Employed in case you need tips and related articles in the future.

Feel free to get back to me if you have any questions about this or need further assistance with anything in QuickBooks. I'll be right here to assist you anytime. Have a nice day!

I want the $20 a month charge taken off. I used to be charged a fee only when I use the card reader and I want to go back to that. Can you please turn off the $20 charge each month going forward, this is NOT advantageous for me and I want to only be charged when I use it-that’s it!
