This is not the experience we want you to have, @Mpastaman. I see the importance and urgency of resolving this issue so you can successfully upload your Web Connect file. Let me offer some help on how to fix this.
Since you've received a specific error message that states QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) doesn't support this account type, I encourage you to contact your bank's customer care team. At the same time, get your bank feed logs since this can help identify the cause of this message you've received.
Afterward, contact your bank and ask to speak to someone knowledgeable about QuickBooks bank feeds. This way, they can help you set up and correct the account types from your file. At the same time, for a more thorough investigate about this concern, you can request them to file a case using Open Financial Exchange, and please keep the case number handy.

Moreover, if your bank offers a CSV file, you can use it as an alternative to the Web Connect file you're uploading.
Once you've uploaded your bank transaction to QBDT, you need to match these entries to the details from your company file. You can check this article: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
