Let me share with you some information about processing fees in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, there are changes to QBO Payments Bank Transfer (ACH) Deposit Speed and Pricing. Starting April 2021, ACH payments will deposit the next business day and you'll be charged a 1% transaction fee (max$10) on each transaction. Thus, your transfer fees change recently.
Additionally, there will be no charge for credit card or debit card payments. And they'll continue to deposit the next business day at your current rates. For more details, check out this article: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?
This price increase helps us to continue investing in and innovating our products and services. Also allows us to continue adding new features that can help you manage your business. I understand that this costs you much than what is used to. So, I'll take note of this idea.

It is their new policy. You may have other options to accept ACH payments for free as a workaround.
When reading this for the bank transfer fees, What you state is what I read. However, I called because we are being charged a lot more than the 1% up to $10.00 Max. I called in and the QB support specialist informed me that it was $10.00 PLUS the 1%... I am definitely not being charged what you stated or the person as it never adds up... Please clarify for me that what you stated as the fees for QB invoice payment via Bank Transfer Total fees and provide an example please. Thanks
