Is there a way to take two invoices and merge them into a single invoice before sending them to a client?

I'll help with your question about managing invoices. 

We're unable to merge invoices or any other types of transactions in QuickBooks Online. You can edit the first invoice and add the details from the second one. Then, delete the second invoice so it will not become a duplicate.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu and proceed to the Invoices tab.
2. Look for the invoice and click on it.
3. Select Edit invoice in the lower-right hand corner.
4. Add the products or service items from the second invoice.
5. Click Save and send.

There's no specific time frame on when the feature to merge invoices or any other types of transactions will be available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'd recommend sending this request straight to our product engineers through feedback. Sharing features and options that you would like implemented is how our engineers look for new product updates. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Then select Next to submit feedback.

You'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with this one. You can check out the apps that are compatible with QuickBooks at this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/. We can also do it in QBO by following the steps below:

1. Go to Apps on the left side menu.
2. Search for the app in the Find apps to streamline your work field.
3. Look for the app that supports the Batch Invoicing feature.

Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account are best handled by the third-party app provider. In the meantime, just delete the second invoice so it will not become a duplicate. Let me show you how:

When will you be looking at adding this essential function?!

For as much as we pay for your service,    the customer service is poor.   At the current moment I believe most stay with your product only for convenience.    But once a better product comes to market most of us might leave.   I hope you head this warning 

Agreed.. customers service is the worst I've ever come across

There needs to be a invoice merge feature

Thinking of building an app that merges invoices into one.  If you have a project with many resources using T Sheets (QuickBooks Time) there is no workflow that allows sending one invoice.  If you have 10 resources on the project then you have to send 10 invoices to the client.  10!

I agree this feature is needed.

Intuit keeps raising prices but the features aren't necessarily following the same pattern.
