Hi Stephen!
We're unable to change the way how your email looks on your customer's end. Invoice emails are actually presented based on your company information. The sender is the name of your company and the email is your email address, not our email. You can try sending a dummy invoice to your self to check this.
If your customer sees a different thing, please ask for a screenshot and share it with us.
We're just right here if you have other questions in mind.
Hey there! Thank you for responding. So it does use my email for invoices on the customers end but when I send estimates it says from (quickbooks..notifications..intuit..com) instead of my email.

Thanks for getting back to us, stephentilerllc.
I've got the steps on how to change the company email that you use for your sales forms. Changing or updating the company email you use for sending invoices in QuickBooks Online is pretty easy. I'll show you how:
Moving forward, the system will apply the new email address for your sales forms.

That does not work. I have already done that step and it still says from quickbooks dot notifications dot intuit dot com not my email. My email shows up for invoices but not for estimates.
We're having the same problem. We just switched from QuickBooks Desktop 2014 to QuickBooks Online.
When we were still using the desktop version, we had a specific email address set up in order to send invoices and statements via email to customers, but I just don't understand how to change the setting in QuickBooks Online.
Thanks!
Thanks for joining the thread, @giantstepsmusic.
I'm to ensure you'll set up the right email address to send invoices in QuickBooks.
Normally, when you send invoices to your customers the default email they'll receive is quickbooks@notification.intuit.com. You'll want to make sure you have the right email set up on your account. Follow these steps to do so:
Additionally, your customer should be able to see your customer-facing email and the invoice details at the bottom part of the email. Given that, any response from your customer will be sent to your customer-facing email.

I have the same issue. I do NOT want the invoice that lands in my clients' inbox to read "YOUR INVOICE IS READY!" as if it's the best news that they've been sitting by their computer waiting for. NO - this is business and a real transaction that should be treated in the same manner as any business dealing. Not like news you are receiving from an old friend. Please help.

Hi, has this been resolved? Am I able to change this text?
Hi, has this been resolved? Am I able to change the "Your invoice is ready!" text? It's very unprofessional.
Hi there, Allison. I can see the advantage of having the option to change the invoice reminder text your customers receive.
The option to change the reminder message "Your invoice is ready" is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. If you want this functionality, I recommend sending feedback to our product development team. They'll carefully evaluate your ideas and may consider implementing them in future updates.
To submit your ideas, please follow these steps:
We appreciate your valuable feedback and recognize your significant contribution to enhancing our product. You can track your requests through our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
For future reference, if you've received a payment from your customer, it's important to record it in QuickBooks. It will mark the invoices as paid and will make it easier for you to track your outstanding and paid invoices.
Whether you need assistance managing your invoices or editing reminder messages, I'm here to back you up. Enter your response by clicking the reply button below.
I agree, please fix this. I've spent more than an hour trying to figure out how to remove the exclamation point, which is very inappropriate for our business. I am actually considering using a different service if we cannot change this.
Hello? Are you going to change this? This needs to be handled immediately.
Thank you for joining the thread, @ccapko91. I understand you’re looking for a quick resolution regarding your email address, and I appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it.
If you want to change the domain of your email address (for example, switching from yourname@oldcompany.com to yourname@newcompany.com), unfortunately, you cannot modify the existing email address directly. Email addresses are tied to specific domains, which means a new email address will need to be created.
If you need to send invoices from a different email address—such as one with a new domain—you must set up an email account with the desired domain (e.g., using Gmail for a new yourname@newcompany.com address). Once you have that setup, if you’re using Gmail, you can configure it to send invoices from this new address.
Visit this link for more details: Use your Gmail address to send invoices.
Moreover, if you’re referring to changing the default message that says "Your invoice is ready," this feature isn’t available at the moment. However, we value your feedback! You can share your suggestions with our Product Development Team. Here’s how:
Your feedback is important to us! The more requests we receive, the more likely they will be considered for future updates. You can also check the status of your request through this link: QuickBooks Online Customer Feedback.
