If you're using the mobile app, let's make sure that it is up-to-date. You can visit the Google Play Store or App Store to get the recent updates. Then, go back to the Mileage Log and print it.
If you're still not able to print, you can follow the troubleshooting steps in this article: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks Online app.
Alternatively, try using the web browser to check if you're able to print the mileage log.

You'll want to delete your mileage to start over, @marks3169. And I'll be happy to guide you through the steps.
If you're accessing your QuickBooks Online through a mobile app, you can go to the Menu tab to delete your mileage from there. Here's how:
