My employee's checks have not entered their bank accounts yet.

normally my employee's checks are in their account by now but today they are not, why not?

i have two businesses on qbo and my payroll checks haven't hit our bank either. i tried support but she closed the ticket after i waited an hour. this is a big deal to my employees.

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing yesterday morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' pays into their accounts.
 
The issue has been resolved and your employees should have received their funds by the end of the day.
