This report no longer exists after the update to the new Modern View format. Where did it go?
You can view the Invoice and Received Payments report in the Who Owes You tab under Reports in QuickBooks Online, @LHCbz. I'll assist you in accessing this report to track your sent invoices and its payments.
We want you to note that the Invoice and Received Payments report is available in all QBO subscriptions, except in the Rest of World (ROW) version. To access the report, check the Who Owes You tab or search under Find report by name.
However, in your case since it's missing after the New Modern update, I recommend some browser troubleshooting to rule out any browser-related issues. Please be aware that browsers accumulate temporary internet files that can affect your browsing experience. Too many internet files can sometimes change how your QBO company behaves, resulting in errors when performing tasks. The report literally is not there. Yes, I've gone to other browser in a private window and STILL had the same issue for ALL companies on Plus.
