Printing some reports

When I try to print the W2 and some of the other tax payment reports, it says I need to down a PDF program. I had one already and did again, but still can not print. There are no other options to save or set up printer.

Printing some reports

Hi jcberg,

You'll want to check out your Windows settings and set your current PDF viewer as default. The most common PDF viewer is Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have it, you can set it as the default one in your settings. You can follow the steps in this article: Error: Error - You do not have a PDF Viewer Installed on Your Computer. If the error persists, you can run the PDF & Print Repair Tool

"..settings and set your current PDF viewer as default."  I thought I had, but when I downloaded the PDF viewer, it asked if I wanted it as default, and then saw the windows edge was the default.  I could not see this when I was just in my settings.  Thank you!
