Hi jcberg,
You'll want to check out your Windows settings and set your current PDF viewer as default. The most common PDF viewer is Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have it, you can set it as the default one in your settings. You can follow the steps in this article: Error: Error - You do not have a PDF Viewer Installed on Your Computer. If the error persists, you can run the PDF & Print Repair Tool.

"..settings and set your current PDF viewer as default." I thought I had, but when I downloaded the PDF viewer, it asked if I wanted it as default, and then saw the windows edge was the default. I could not see this when I was just in my settings. Thank you!
