Hi Carneil!
I appreciate your response! I have checked my computers operating system info and I my computer exceeds the recommended operating systems and internet speed is 400MB. Not sure why its still doing what its doing, my web browsers are all up to date aswell.
I appreciate the things you’ve done so far to fix this issue, @anthonymarquez96. I’ll share further troubleshooting steps to address your mileage concerns in QuickBooks Self Employed.
The most-used pages in QuickBooks Self-Employed usually load in about 10 seconds. We constantly monitor our system to verify that we are on track to achieve this goal.
For now, I suggest accessing your account through your mobile’s browser or the mobile app to see if it works fine. If using either of them isolated the issue, you can clear the app's cache or clear them from your mobile's browser. If the issue still persists, I recommend you contact your IT or internet provider.

Hi Jamaica!
I appreciate your response. I have tried using my phone's browser/APP and clear cache/ history. I've used three different devices and have found the same thing re occurring. Repeated crashes/ page un responsive/ slow or laggy when updating things in the mileage log page. My wifi is 400mb so that isnt the problem and even trying it on my phone with full service (4bars) its crashed. I've called customer support 3 times and still haven't had anything figured out even after having a case created and haven't gotten a response back. I think this is a glitch that you guys are unaware of in your software.

Please escalate! @anthonymarquez96 isn't the only person experiencing this issue with the mileagelog page in QB Self-Employed. I have attempted to access the page with 5 different devices, which I ensure all exceed the system and internet speed requirements. I have tried on multiple networks/ISPs and on different days throughout the past week. Devices I've attempted to use: iPad Pro (mobile app and browser), 2 iphones (mobile app and browser), a Macbook Pro (Chrome and Safari) and an HP laptop (Chrome, IE, and Edge). Saying the page is "laggy" is an understatement. It initially loads in pieces with a lag, but immediately becomes so slow you can't use it to do anything, and becomes unresponsive after clicking anything once. All other pages in the Self-Employed site have worked just fine for me. With tax deadlines quickly approaching, I would greatly appreciate a fix!
