QBO date switching problem

I am not the only one it seems. When I import data to banking everything is fine until the last stage when all of the dates are changed to 12/31,1969 for every transaction. I need help.

QBO date switching problem

You'll want to ensure you choose the correct date format when mapping your account when importing your transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO), Richard. The information below can give you more insights about it.

Incorrect date format when setting up the file format of your data can be the reason for this issue. Ensure that it matches QuickBooks so it recognizes the dates of your transactions.

You can refer to the screenshot below for your visual reference:

Furthermore, after manually uploading your transactions, consider categorizing and reconciling them to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements.

For help making sure you have set up all your accounts correctly and tips on how to optimize your workflows, you'll want to check out our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted.

Feel free to update us in the thread if you have additional questions when importing transactions or other related concerns in QuickBooks Online. I'm always here to lend a hand.

QBO date switching problem

When I import the banking data to QBO all of the dates are correct. It is the last part when I choose the transactions to import, (top box, all of them), that the date is changed to 1969.
