Yes, Please advise me some other options outside of this software. My main issue is the mediocre support that you get while paying for this software. Yesterday I put in multiple call tickets while I was being transferred so many times in chat support answering the same redundant questions over and over from their horrible overworked outsourced staff. During those 5 hours I got a call from someone finally. The woman seemed nice. I explain to her my issues regarding warren teen multicurrency accounts and I need to sync my Revolut accounts and help me resolve an overdue issue of money verification from my merchant account. I was told it would be released in 7 days and we are well past those days. She agreed. She left to check why the funds weren’t released. I waited on hold for 35 minutes until the music stopped for 4 minutes, I said hello a few times and the line hung up. I didn’t get a call back. I did keep the recording along with my screen recorded chats session. The service is trash. I have to do the most to get help in order to smoothly run my own startup. This is not ideal at all because I have to provide a credit to my client as I can’t move forward on this project but you sure to take your fee out.
This is trash and I will market you as that to my clients and ask them to stay away for reasons like this.

Quickbooks is yet again trash. I go to send an invoice to a customer. QB generates an email to send but you cant edit it. How dumbass is that. it just locks up outlook and gives you an error message. Multiple people I know with the same issue. What a garbage system. You cant even write a personalized message on the invoice.

I can see that you've been through a lot already. I appreciate you for bringing your concern about sending emails in QuickBooks to our attention.
Once the invoice has already been send, you're unable to edit it. What you can do is to delete the existing one and create a new one.
As for the personalized message, you can edit the form and enter the message from there. Let me guide you how:

All of what I am talking about is before you send an invoice. The invoice has not been sent, if you click to email invoice, while you are in the invoice. a generic email pop up box with the invoice is generated that email is not editable which is stupid. Instead it locks outlook and you have to shut down and restart. Complete garbage
Why can’t Quickbooks Checking be downloaded into Quickbooks Desktop?
I need to be able to reconcile it on my desktop version but no bank feeds are connectable.

QuickBooks Cash or QuickBooks Checking is an add-on service that's currently offered in QuickBooks Online. This is the reason why you can't download transactions from QuickBooks Checking into the Desktop version.

Because QB continues to be trash and keeps digging deeper with Online versions I'm just going to give this a bit of a bump.
QB - Trash the bend everyone over a barrel Online version and just bring back the older versions of Desktop. Desktop worked wonders and then nothing good came from Online. I would even still pay the bend over and take it with no lube subscription pricing if it was the old style desktop version.
There doesnt have to be an error, it is just truly poor workflow and lack of capability with online version over desktop styles. can even see if a transaction was reconciled within the entry. I have to go search through single entry bank records. How is that efficient when desktop would just have an asterisk next to it.
