By default, recent journal entries are available by clicking Journal Entry from the +New button and selecting the clock icon. Since they don't appear on your end, I suggest performing browser troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a cache-induced issue. First, let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through your browser's incognito mode.
For Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge / Opera:
For Firefox:
For Safari:
When this works, you may clear your browser's cache. Lastly, I suggest using a different browser if the recent journal entries still do not appear.
If this issue is resolved, let me add this guide on reversing journal entries if you need to correct entries in the future: Reverse or delete a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.
Let us know if you have updates about the recent journal entries still not appearing on the recent journal entries section or page. Take care.
It happens on different computers and with incognito mode. I will still try but the problem seems to be on server side.
I have tried different computers and incognito mode. I will try your suggestion but it seems to be a server problem not a client problem.
I am having same problem the line for accounts are blank till you click on the line and the account shows. All the amount numbers show just he accounts are hidden. I have cleared cache, cookies, other browsers and another computer. Only recent ones are doing this like a BUG.
Your proactive approach to troubleshooting is greatly appreciated, Snowtoyfj40.

Same issue for last 3 days on one client file out of many I work on. Done all the steps including talking to support - it was a waste of time. After trying to get the person to understand the issue, all I got was we'll escalate the issue. Now what? I need to finish a very long and complex JE for a CPA and I can't see it to finish the process.
