No, we had 8 out of 150 go this morning. There is no way we can go in and recreate these invoices...will take a long time.
This is a serious bug. The invoices did not get posted so could not email. Attached picture you'll see the top 8 went at 5:30am, but the following ones did not - even though the next date is 2/1 (except 1 of them).
I need to have a way to have the whole process 're-run' without going into each one individually. What a nightmare. Most of these have been running monthly for 9-10 months fine. And the fact that only a few went is more worrisome.

As mentioned by my colleague above, there's an ongoing issue with scheduled recurring transactions not being created. Our engineers are all hands on deck working together for an immediate fix.

Thank you Angelyn....I thought some said it was resolved. No worry.
What we can do, if and when we think it's fixed, is change the recurring ones to go on the 2nd of each month and go tomorrow. That's a quicker process than redoing any invoice. We'll hold a bit longer before changing it though.

I see this thread is from February, but I've just experienced the same issue today... What can I do?
UPDATE: I called QuickBooks Online Support and rep said he had to escalate this issue to level 3; He said others reported this same issue today; He advised that I will get an email from the engineer's once issue is resolved; He further stated that I could wait a day or two to see if the invoices go out before I begin the daunting task of manually sending hundreds of invoices;

It appears my recurring went out ok, but I better count them now!!
I still have the issue of it wanting to 'restore' every time I open the desktop version, and I have to reset app data each time...it's a pain. Have reinstalled and it came right back to the errors. Thankfully I can use the browser version still....

Started with qbooks online in Dec 2019, everything was good till around July 2020 and no of my Recurring Invoices has generated since, I usually have around 500 or so and now I have been doing them manually, not very cost effective for for the company. I have had the same problem for more than 6 months. There was an active case regarding this (i imagine several) issue for me. I received updates for months stating "working on it". Then received "all fixed" and they closed my case.
Absolutely nothing has changed, not fixed. 1 invoice comes in a day. I have to manually bring the rest in which has caused errors. There are reports all over this site and external sites regarding this issue and nothing changes. Not once have I seen any of your customers state "its working now". It's not right to charge monthly for a product that doesn't work as advertised.
I doubt this note will make anything change but if you are a user with the same problem you are in for a long wait.

I hear what you're saying about the recurring issue you have. I can assure you that we're working on the issues reported to us by our clients.
I know that you've already contacted our Support team. However, I will still recommend calling them back since they have more tools, they can make a report and revisit the previous tickets of this issue.
If you have other concerns, please please hesitate to go back to this thread.
It might help your engineers to know that that this issue seems to happen when a new invoice is created and future-dated to a date that also has recurring invoices set to run.
If that doesn't reproduce the error, try creating the new invoice (with the intention of having it disrupt the recurring invoices from running) from a saved invoice that itself was created as a recurring invoice.
And as of 12/10/20, it is still and active problem in QBO.

I have been using QB desktop for over a decade, including recurring payments. The last two months, the payments processed on the correct date but no invoice was generated for the customers. I'm sure I "can" manually enter all the invoices, but using recurring payments is supposed to do that for us. Now I have a mess of payments with no invoices. This problem occurred for me a few years ago, and was never addressed when I tried to get customer support to help. Since the interface was going through an update anyway, I wound up just re-entering all the customers out of frustration with the whole process. Now it's happening again. What is causing the invoices not to get created but still allowing the payments to process?
