Running reports

To show the data that you need, you can run the Inventory Summary with Activity report. It will post a summary of current inventory which include sales, receiving, and purchasing activity.

1. Go to the Reports menu at the top. 
2. Tap All Reports tab.
3. In the left menu, click Items. 
4. Choose Summary With Activity.

Are you trying to apply to be an accountant to manage your clients' bills individually? If yes, you can sign up and create a QuickBooks Online Accountant firm with QuickBooks. Our website offers two options for creating a QuickBooks Accountant firm - either directly from the website or through an invite sent by a client. 

If you have never used QuickBooks, TurboTax, or another Intuit product, follow these steps:

1. Head over to our website.
2. Select the Signup link.
3. Follow the steps to create a new firm.

Otherwise, if you already have an existing user ID, you can continue to create a QuickBooks Online Accountant firm using it. Here is how:

1. Head over to our website.
2. Sign in with your user ID and password.
3. Select Create Firm.
4. Follow the onscreen steps.
