Buy nowI am having trouble with scheduled reports not starting. I am running QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2024 on Windows 10 home. I am able to set them up and it tells me that they will be run at the next hour and when I check back, it shows that the last email was "not started" and the next email will run again at the next hour. I have updated the software, removed UAC via two methods, run QB as admin, restarted many times, I am NOT running in multi user mode, the scheduled report is active, I have only 1 company file open, I can email reports on demand, the computer is not asleep or hibernating at the time the reports are set to generate and Outlook is open. When I check the QBScheduler.exe file in the task scheduler app, it shows that the task was competed successfully.

There is no option for keep QuickBooks running on my version of QB.
I have also rebuilt and verified the software twice with restarts and it has found no errors. I have resorted the memorized reports as well. I also moved my company file to a location on my local drive to see if that would help and it has not. My reports are still "not started".
