The mailing address on your online bill pay is based on the information you've entered upon signing up to Online Bill Pay.

 

In your case, you can check the Online Bill Pay application settings to review the address from there. I'll guide you how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account
  2. Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
  3. Go to the My Apps tab and then choose the Online Bill Pay app.
  4. Sign in to your account Online Bill Pay account.
  5. Review the address in the settings, then make the necessary changes.

 

If it's still unable to recognize the address, I'd recommend contacting Online Bill Pay's customer support. This way, they'll be able to check your account and update your information. You can get their contact information under the Contact section of their profile in the Apps menu.

The only option available if I follow your instructions, is to disconnect the existing link with the melio bill payer app. Even if I were to login, your suggestion has NOTHING to do with what I am having an issue with. MY address is not the problem, my VENDOR address is not recognized by the MELIO bill payer app.

Since Melio is a third-party application, I’d recommend contacting them for further assistance with this matter. This way, they can verify why they can’t recognize your vendor’s address.

 

You can search for the Melio app from the App Center and get their contact details. Let me guide you on how:

  1. Go to Apps in the left pane.
  2. Click Finds Apps.
  3. Type a keyword in the Search for an app field.
  4. Under Contact, choose either a phone number or email address.
