To update your payroll billing information, you'll want to go to Account and Settings. Let me show you how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription tab and go to the Payroll section.
- Look for Payment method and click Edit next to your credit card information.
- Enter the updated details in the Payment Information window/drawer.
- Click Save and Done.
You can also use a private browser when updating the billing information. It doesn't store cache files which gives us a hint for any cache related issues. Using other supported browser can be a good alternative, too.
If you can save the changes successfully, we can clear the cache storage of your regular browser. Then, you can continue processing your payroll.
