Join nowAfter the recent update to Quickbooks 2019 for Mac, several aspects of the integrated Intuit Online Payroll cause Quickbooks to crash. I am able to create the actual paychecks, but exporting any reports to Excel or exporting actual Payroll figures to Quickbooks crashes it every time. Nothing else has changed except this recent update. In addition, every time it crashes, Crash Catcher opens up, but it no longer allows me to send an email so I cannot report the issues this way. I have not yet updated Quickbooks 2019 for Mac on my laptop and the same company file works just fine there so this is definitely an issue with the latest update.
We'd really want to have this sorted out for you, ADeutsch.
However, it looks like our engineers are currently working on an investigation about this. Let me link you to a thread with a similar question so you can get the details provided by my colleague. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/employees-and-payroll/qb-did-a-new-update-and-when....

Thank you. I did see that thread and none of those things apply to me. In addition, as I mentioned, the same company file works fine on another computer where the Quickbooks update hasn't been performed. I'm glad that your engineers are aware of this issue and investigating. Hopefully a fix will be coming soon.
