Using bill.com through QBO. How do you change the banking ACH information and the email notification address of an existing bill pay vendor?

Hello there, @mwyoung1005

Let's update the banking ACH information and the email notification address of your vendor.

Changing  the banking ACH information can be done within your QuickBooks Online account. Let me walk you through the process to get this done.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu.
  2. Within the Vendors tab, find and select a vendor to open it.
  3. Check the banner on top and select accordingly:
  4. For invitations:Select Manage invite.
  5. For manual bank entry:Select Change payment method to check.

That will do. Also, when changing an email notification address of your vendor, you can log in or go to Bill.com and change the vendor's email from there.

If the email notification address won't update, you can contact QuickBooks Bill pay Service. They can properly guide you on how to update your vendor's information in Online Bill Pay.

You can read more about the online bill pay feature in QBO through the following articles:

Please let me know how it goes. If you have more concerns, you can add another post below. I'll be around to help and provide the information you need. Bye for now and take care always, mwyoung1005.
