We cannot use Quick books unless the customer STATEMENTS form lists the SHIP ADDRESSES that the invoices are for. We realize the invoice includes the SHIP ADDRESS. The Ship To addresses must be on the STATEMENT. I suspect your Indian translation causes you to mis-understand what I am explaining to you. We need to be able to edit the statement form and add the Ship to address fields onto it.

Hi there, john-naylon-gmai.

Thanks for stopping by the Community this evening. Unfortunately, editing the statement form to include the shipping address isn't a feature that's currently included in the QuickBooks product. Your best bet would be to explore our vast app store and find a third party app that can handle what you need. I'm including a link to that below.

If there's anything else that we can help you with, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks again and I hope you have a nice Wednesday evening.

Hi. Any idea when we can edit addresses in statements for quickbooks? Thanks.

I'll share a few details, Lily12.

The address shown in the statements is the company's address. If you wish to change it, here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Company tab.
  4. Click the Pencil icon in the Address section.
  5. Edit the address, then click Save.

However, you can also add a different address for customer-facing. You'll have to uncheck the Same as company address box, add the information, then click Save.

I'll also include this article as a future reference: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
