To clarify, how did you set up these late fees to calculate on invoices? Did you use this guide when performing the instructions: Apply late fees to overdue invoices automatically in QBO

Upon checking here on my end, we've received similar cases about late fees not showing up on invoices in QuickBooks Online and I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support team so you will be added to the list of affected users and give you an update.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
