Hi there, @nazerinoproduce.
Thanks for dropping by. I can share some information about your request to use a website for your customer when placing orders.
Great news, your wish is possible! You can visit our QuickBooks App Store to check for available apps to help you use a website where your customer can place their orders using the order description.
You also have the option to do this within QuickBooks, just click Apps on the left pane.
That should point you to the right track. Don't hesitate to ping me if there's anything else you need. Have a wonderful day!
Whats a list of names from your app store that will do this? I tried going to your app store and its not clear which ones do...
Hi there, Pappy1.
We can now import invoices in batches if you're using the QuickBooks Online Advanced version. Here's an article for the detailed steps: Import invoices in batches
For other versions, there are a lot of transaction importer third-party apps available in our Intuit App Store. Let me show you how to search for them.
If you're using a website, here how to find a list of importer apps:
You can also check the apps' detail if they have mobile applications for importing transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you would want to import bank transactions, we've got a way on how to do it using Excel CSV files. Please check out this article for the steps: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
@Pappy1 ,
What kind of app do you need? A B2B portal for your customers to place any order or importing invoice to QBO?
I want it to do both. I want my customers to be able to place an order of the list of items I have in my qbo inventory and when I approve it, it will pull from my inventory. I guess ut would create an invoice in qbo....
If you are dealing with the wholesale customer with unique price lists for each buyer, including discounts and minimum order quantities, you may create a B2B portal in an inventory management app. Your invoice will also sync to your QBO.

Just my 2 cents.
I am dealing with wholesale customers so it would be b2b but only one price list, no discounts and no minimum orders. So just a really simple online order app or website that can sync with qbo. Wound be great if the online order app / website was free because I'm already paying for qbo...
Thanks for getting back to us, Pappy1.
There are apps in the QuickBooks App Store that offer a free trial. However, we can't recommend a specific app nor have any details if there are third-party apps that require subscription fees or not. This is because of some legal reasons.
You can consider the suggestions shared by our Community Backers on this thread. Also, you can check out our QuickBooks Blog and view some posts created by our QuickBooks Online Team about some essential apps you can try for your business.
Post again in the Community if you need anything else. I'm more than happy to help. Have a pleasant day ahead!
I may know a B2B platform which supports QBO. Their free edition will limit up to 6 sales orders per month and the next plan starts from $39.9/month for unlimited SO. If you are interested, PM me your details.
Thanks for the info, but I'm not looking for a recommendation, I'm just looking for a list of apps and or websites that do what I explained and hopefully are free. I see a good way to drill down to find only those in qb app store.?
I don't see how to pm you, so pm me your info and I'll get back to you. Thanks
Hi there, Pappy1.
At this time, free applications are unavailable in the QuickBooks App Store.
However, most apps offer a free trial. You can find tons of apps that are compatible and designed to work with QBO through this link: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
Let me share this article for future reference: Apps Explained: Find the Best Apps for Your Business.
