I'd be delighted to impart some information about 0010 Checking, @sierrenity-cox-n.
The 0010 checking is an account created or connected to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. It depends on the name you've given to the account or the number you've entered.
An example of this is when you create or edit an account from your chart of accounts (COA) and you add a number to it. You can enter the number beside the name or in the Number field.

If you don't remember making any changes to your COA, you'll want to check your Audit log. The Audit Log shows you the activity of your account and who made changes to your books.
In addition, I've added these links that serve as your guide. These contain information on how to efficiently create and manage your accounts in QBO:
I'm all ears if you have other questions or clarifications about your checking account and COA. I can also answer any QBO concerns you may have. Keep safe and have a good one!
