Hello aweinstein,
In addition to slash21's answer, you can also click on Customize Report, click Filters, then see if there's a name filter on the right table. You can remove that. Or you can click on Revert to restore the settings to default and click OK.
Please let us know how the steps work for you.
I have many pages of transaction for many customers. I've been running these reports for many many years without incident. Now they only show the clients whose name starts with A-L. Very strange.
That is not the issue. There are many pages to the report. I have been running the same reports for years without incident. For some reason, however, now it only includes customers whose names start with the letters A-L. Thanks for responding.
Tried but didn't change anything. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
Good afternoon, @aweinstein.
Thank you for providing feedback about your reports only showing customers A to L.
Let's go ahead and make sure there is a Next option at the bottom of your page.
Here's how:
If the Next option is available, there's a possibility that your account has reached the maximum number of list entries on your report depending on which version of QuickBooks Desktop you have.
Here is a detailed article about list limits for QuickBooks Desktop as well: Maximum number of list entries

Thanks for the response Kendra, but that is not the problem. I'm running QB Pro 2019 and am nowhere even remotely close to the limits.
Hello aweinstein,
You can try resorting the list to repair and put it back to its default order.
If you’ve manually changed the order of a list, re-sorting it will also undo your changes. Here’s how:
You’ll want to close and re-open your company file after re-sorting a specific list. You can check this article for further details of the steps: Re-sort lists.
In case you need some information about managing your desktop account, you can visit this article: Help articles.
I'm always here to help you out.
BINGO!!!! Madelyn - Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to this. I have no idea why what you said worked but it did. Certainly not very intuitive or something I would have ever been able to figure out on my own. Thank you again.
