When I try to archive forms it tells me "no forms have been archived". I've not had this happen before. I have paid, posted, and printed the forms. Any suggestions?

You can check to see if a full cache causes this behavior, lydbrewer.

A cache stores your browsing data, but it can cause an unusual behavior in QuickBooks when it's full.

You can log in to QuickBooks in a private browser. This is a good start to check browser issues. If you can see your archived forms, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. However, if the same thing happens, you can try other browsers like Edge, Chrome or Safari to see if this happens when you use other browsers as well.

That was the problem.  I logged in on MS Edge and I could see I had archived them several times.

It's a good thing that you tried it using MS Edge, lydbrewer.

Since you're still unable to archive the forms, I'd suggest contacting our live agents to further investigate this issue. They have all the tools to check your account since the Community team is unable to pull up any customer's account for security reasons.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help icon and select Contact us.
  2. Provide a short explanation of your concern.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.

Don't hesitate to post again if you have any questions about QuickBooks.
