Where can I download an ACH form to pass to my customers to fill out?

The link in this post doesn't work. It doesn't take me to the authorization form.

I hope you didn't have to go through that, HCAInc.

You're right. The link to download the authorization form is unavailable. Thank you so much for informing us about the situation.

We're still experiencing difficulties downloading the authorization form. Our engineers are working to find a permanent solution to access the link.

If you haven't contacted our Customer Care Team, I recommend reaching them. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a Start a chat.

While we're fixing the problem, you can look for an Auth form for an ACH agreement outside of QuickBooks and send it to your customer as a workaround.

Additionally, you might want to learn more about receiving electronic customer payments for online invoices. This article will walk you through the steps: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payments.

If you need anything else, let us know. We're here to help you at any time.

Thanks for joining the thread.

I'll share some information about the ACH form. The link for accessing the Authorization form in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is still not working.

Our engineers are currently investigating the source of the problem. Meanwhile, you can contact the QuickBooks Payment Team to inquire about alternative methods of downloading the ACH form.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, @RadicanFamily. I'll walk you through how to access the authorization form.

To access and complete the authorization form, you'll want to access your merchant service account and click the dropdown arrow button beside the Processing Tools section. To begin, these are the steps:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Select the Login & Merchant Accounts.
  3. Click the Processing Tools, and then in the Recurring Payment section, choose Create a Recurring Payment.
  4. On the right side of the screen, click the Complete authorization form hyperlink.

In addition, here's an article to help you handle ACH payments from your customers: Process an ACH bank transfer from a customer in QuickBooks Online.

I'd also recommend checking this page to learn more about bank deposits: Record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

The Community is open 24/7 if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. I've got you covered, and I'll be happy to help you out again. Take care, and enjoy the rest of the day!

Where can I download an ACH form to pass to my customers to fill out?

Hello there, @edh1. I want to ensure this will be taken care of.

Since you're still unable to access and complete the authorization form, I highly recommend reaching out to Merchant support team to further investigate the issue. They can also provide additional steps to help you resolve this.

In the meantime, you can look for an authorization form for ACH agreement from outside of QBO as a workaround.

I've attached this resource that you can use as a reference in processing an ACH bank transfer for your customer transactions: Process an ACH bank transfer from a customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

With QBO, its also easy to process electronic customer payments for online invoices and in-person sales. For detailed guide, please read this article: Take and process payments in QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payments.

I'll be always here ready to provide assistance if you have any other concerns about managing customer payments in QBO. Have a great week ahead and stay safe.

This is why I hate the community.  I have 10 extra web pages open all without the answer to the question.  This link use to work but it does not now.  The link now - wait for it - opens another community page!!!  Community needs to be updated by the same people who make the changes in QBO.  Links do not work.

Found a link that works! (for Credit Cards only)

Go to your MERCHANT CENTER merchantcenter.intuit.com

From the Home tab, click "Create a recurring payment"

THEN click on the link for the authorization form!

Where can I download an ACH form to pass to my customers to fill out?

The link continues to not work when I write this on May 3, 2023. For such a large platform, it's really troubling that something like this hasn't been resolved in almost a year. I've never had a good customer service experience with QB and this is really frustrating. The platform doesn't provide a way for adding % fees (i.e. cc transaction fees) and doesn't provide a secure way to receive banking information. QB really needs to consider their customers' feedback and consider implementing these tools or risk losing a lot of their clientele.

This link doesn't take you to the form, just to the home page.  How do I find the form? The link in QBO also just takes you to the same home screen.  This really shouldn't be that difficult.

I'm here to collaborate with you and provide information to ensure that your customers successfully sign the form, atexshredding1.

The link is already working. I logged in to the Merchant Services site and I was able to download the authorization form.

There are times that excessive cache and other browser-related issues can lead to QBO's improper functionality. To check if that's the case, I'll give you the steps that can effectively resolve these issues.

To begin, you have the option to try different browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. QBO performs optimally with these browsers and can assist us in identifying the issue.

You can also use these keyboard shortcuts to switch to an incognito browsing session which can also help us resolve browser issues:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

After that, go back to the website and check if you can download the form. You can also go to this thread where you can download the form in a PDF format: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/payments/ach-payment-authorization-form/00/1122372....

If everything is working fine,  follow the steps in this article on how to clear cached or delete internet files; Clear Cache and Cookies to Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to visit this article as well to get more information when to receive the payments: Find Out When QuickBooks Payments Deposits Customer Payments.

I'll be ready to assist you again promptly if you have any follow-up questions. Our goal is to ensure that everything is resolved, allowing you to begin receiving ACH payments smoothly.

Quickbooks link still takes you to here: QuickBooks Learn and Support US (intuit.com) (quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us?product=quickbooks-payments)
I wouldn't consider this "solved", more like a workaround to me.

In this situation, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments support team. They can verify your account and provide you with a copy of the form.

  1. Go to the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner to open the QB Assistant window.
  2. Type in "talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Click Contact Support Team, then provide a short description of your concern.
  4. Press Enter once again.
  5. Select No, I still need help, then choose Contact Support Team.

Where can I download an ACH form to pass to my customers to fill out?

You're missing the entire point, what is the purpose of a link that doesn't work and has been an issue since Sept 2021?
It still doesn't work but this thread was marked as "solved"
Solving the problem would have been fixing it, I mean how hard could it be to attach a simple pdf to the link

100% always missing the point ..

This is a freaking simple html link to a pdf document.   Two technologies that have been around for, I dunno, 30 years or more?

Yet they need an 'engineer' to fix the problem and you, the customer, needs to put in more support cases with more clueless people.

It's a joke, I'm going back to using pen and paper .

Oh, and don't forget, price went up again!

The link in QBO still doesn't work. It's February 2024 (3 years since original post!)

But the link from one of the suggested articles does. I'm pasting it here just in case someone needs it: https://eforms.com/download/2016/10/recurring-ACH-authorization-payment-form.pdf

Hope it continues to work.

Just letting you know that the 2 links on the entry form shown in the screen shot go to a general support page now. I just switched to QBO and had to go into the desktop system to get the script it asked you to read to the customer. Please update.

Thank you
