Can anyone tell me what tier I need to be at in order for my vendors to get normal 2-3 ACH payments, instead of 11 days? 5 to 7 days is not what is happening for me. We are no longer using bill, so there is no third party. Thanks for any additional support.

Thanks for the info. Just to reiterate, vendor payments are taking 10-11 days with ACH. I am a vendor for the company I work for, so I know first hand. Our banks are major brands. Something is going on to delay this process. It would be highly appreciated if you would look into it, instead of repeating your 3-5 day processing mantra.

Why didn't you try using the free 3rd party app I mentioned earlier to compare?
We tried using QB ACH payments and have found the same issue. Intuit has become a joke of a company to use. They are immediately withdrawing funds from our account and holding them for 10 days before transferring them to our customers. As their answers in the forum indicate, they will make excuses as to why there are reasons for the delay - all of them obviously not Intuit's fault. They are sitting on our funds and making interest off of our money while charging us fees to process customer payments. It's the same reason why they are discontinuing the desktop version of QB. They have become greedy and won't to force everyone to pay the monthly fee for an inferior product. We are actively looking for alternative accounting software.

You don't need to convert your data to a new program. Have you tried the app as I mentioned to integrate with QBO?
I'm not interested in a third party solution. Thanks.
